Established semiconductor test equipment manufacturer is seeking an experienced, qualified chemist / plating / chemical etch engineer located in our CT Corporate Headquarters.
The successful candidate will be highly results oriented, demonstrate team leadership and understand team dynamics.
HeShe will be responsible for implementing manufacturing methods, operation sequence and ensuring that our products conform to quality standards, capable of problem solving to avoid or eliminate issues that impact production and generate continuous improvements and cost reductions.
A strong candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Photo chemical etching, chemical polishing, plating, coating, SPC management, hazardous material handling and training, obtaining and maintaining environmental permits, assessing safety and environmental compliance, database creation and electrical & mechanical systems maintenance,
Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to multi task. BS degree in Chemical Engineering required.
